EveryMatrix buys Swedish online casino gaming studio Lady Luck Games ahead of NASDAQ First North Growth Market listing

Kismet Games has found the “perfect partner” in EveryMatrix, which has actually invested in the Sweden-based developer of online gambling establishment games ahead of its NASDAQ First North Growth Market listing set for June 2021.

Under the deal, the Stockholm-based studio will likewise work with EveryMatrix’s remote gaming server (RGS), RGS Matrix, which will help the company develop and distribute its games.

Compliance efforts will also be taken care of by RGS Matrix, allowing for a quick entry into regulated markets, as the company already holds licenses in 13 markets in Europe and LATAM, and will add more jurisdictions in the coming year.

The up-and-coming video game development studio was founded in early 2019 by industry veterans and develops casino video games that focus on high-quality “sticky designs” and an “outstanding gameplay experience” that provide high entertainment value to end consumers. The Swedish company sets itself apart with its “world-class development team” rooted in “recognized top-tier video game providers.”

Kismet Games is RGS Matrix’s sixth customer, joining the ranks of FunFair, JVL, FlipLuck, Spearhead Studios and Ukraine-based game studio Wild Boar, which partnered with the B2B iGaming service in August 2020.

Commenting on the partnership, Chief Executive Officer for EveryMatrix, Ebbe Groes said in a company press release that they see Lady Luck Games as “the next generation of casino games coming to market today. The studio has all the ingredients to become a leader in the gaming space.”

The CEO includes that the mix of the video game designer’s “extremely capable group” and RGS Matrix’s “outstanding innovation” makes for a “happy combination that I’m sure will prove very effective and lead to rapid growth.”

Groes goes on to say that the addition of the Lady Luck Games portfolio to their RGS Matrix “is an additional invitation as we get it certified for the growing U.S. market, where we’re already seeing a lot of interest from operators in novel material.”

In other interesting news, EveryMatrix has just recently announced that it has been shortlisted in 9 classifications at the EGR B2B Awards 2021, consisting of Aggregator Platform, Full Service Platform of the Year, Esports Betting Supplier, Sports Betting Supplier, Sports Data Supplier and Sportsbook Platform Supplier, Best Customer Service, Affiliate Software Provider and Payments Company. This year’s awards ceremony will be held on July 6 and 7 in a mix of face-to-face and virtual settings.

On the other hand, the Malta-headquartered software company received the status of a completed application, released by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE). Considered a “critical milestone” for its endeavors in the U.S., the company also requires customer integration approval as part of the transaction waiver process required to receive permission to go live in the Garden State.
